Jack and I just got back from a very delightful weekend getaway....We went to visit my childhood best friend Corie...and her adorable family....Corie and I have known each other since the summer before Kindergarten...we met at Vacation Bible School 30 years ago....It was so much fun catching up and reminiscing about the past...Jack loved Corie's kiddos and made them play Star Wars all weekend.....Her son Jeremy had so many Star Wars toys I thought Jack's head was going to explode....infact there was a pool party with about a million kids and Jack was perfectly content playing in Jeremy's room with all the Star Wars toys.....I discovered this weekend that Jack is very shy around kids he does not know....I was also excited because I got him to eat a Hot Dog...Yay!
We can't wait to go back to Corie's house this fall...We are planning a trip already for Halloween weekend!
