More Chores?!?!

Last week I got Jack to do laundry...Tonight....he vacuumed for me!!!! Still won't pick up his freakn' toys!!!!!

Cricut Heaven

I am addicted to my CRICUT EXPRESSIONS MACHINE!!! I have like coolest parents on the planet, they bought me the Cricut for Christmas....I have made stuff for my scrapbooks and stuff for my classroom...I will post pictures soon of my latest school bulletin board that Jack made using the Cricut...It is that easy!!!

Corn on the Cob!

Jack told me when we were at Costco the other day that he wanted Corn on the Cob...I have been trying to get him go eat Corn on the Cob FOREVER.....He will eat corn just not on the cob...He can't wait to get corn out of Meme's garden this summer.....

Anyone Need Laundry Service?

Jack loves to help me do chores around the house...Today he did his first load of laundry..He even sorted out all the laundry for me...What a funny guy..now if I could just get him to pick up his toys!

What is this little boy thinking about?

1.Legos : This kid is obsessed with legos! If they are Star Wars Legos it is even better!

2. Turning 5: Jack asks quite often am I five yet..is it "April 20ish"?

3. Going to Hawaii in March: Mommy and Daddy are trying really had to get this family of three to Hawaii for a little get away! We need to get out of Vegas!

4. Disneyland: This little guy wants to go to Disneyland for his birthday... We can't wait to go! Little does he know we are making him ride Space Mountain!

Pre-School At Home

I have been doing pre-school at home with Jack and we are having a lot of fun..Jack's favorite things of course are painting and computers....Today I snapped some pictures of him while he was doing his computer lessons...He loves having his own computer..I like that too..no more fighting over who gets to use the computer first!

Ugh! I am being attacked....

As I write this blog I am being attacked...I was sitting here quietly reading about that plane crash in New York...when...I feel something whizz past me....Then I hear whispering and giggling from downstairs...Then I feel something hit me in the back of the head....followed by more giggling and whispering..RJ and Jack are shooting their dart guns up at me...Ahh..Jack just left a dart gun up here...revenge is sweet...Hee Hee...Just got back from my attack....

OMI UPDATE: Jack's new babysitter rocks!!! Jack loves her and wakes up every morning and says, "Are we going to Omi's today?" She is the cutest lady..(I'll post some pics next week) She is 75..but looks and acts much younger..On Thursday when I arrived to pick up Jack..Omi and Jack were running...yes running in the back yard having a sword fight....She has such an adorable German accent and is teaching Jack some German....She has asked us to drop off Jack early next Friday, because her Grandkids are going to be there(no school Friday)and she wants to take the kids on a picnic and do a special art project!!!

Six Flags Discovery Kingdom Vallejo, Ca

In May Jack and I(hopefully my mom too) are going to fly up to Clovis, California(near Fresno) and meet up with awesome friend Corie and her family..From there we are going to head up to Vallejo California to participate in the Stroll for Epilepsy at the Six Flags Discovery Kingdom..Corie is putting a team together and I think we are going to have a ton of fun..Corie's Daughter Hannah and myself as many of you know have Epilepsy and I feel honored that they asked me to come up and walk with them..I have a special gift for Hannah and I can't wait to give it to her!!!

Anyway...I know that Corie and I want to try to get some sponsors for our team to help us out for the race....so check your mailboxes soon, I am sending you a little flyer with the sponsor information in case you want to sponsor us in the race...With the economy and tough times everyone is facing.... Corie and I will be happy with just prayers for a safe and fun day, especially for Hannah.... :)

Person of the Week: My Hubby

This week I chose RJ as my person of the week...I have been really sick since Thursday..My wonderful guy called in sick all weekend to take care of me and Jack...He pampered me all weekend, fed me, went grocery shopping, played with Jack and brought me medicane...What a wonderful guy I have..I love him!

Movie Director....Costume Designer??

RJ and I have decided that Jack is going to be a movie director or a costume designer..He's always putting on little shows and directing RJ and I in little family plays..He also (and I am not joking) will spend over an hour at a time designing outfits and costumes for his characters on the Wii...Yesterday during the Charger game I asked him, "Do you want to be a Football player?", or "Design Costumes"......His Reply, "Design Costumes!" Finally my mom will have someone to sew with her......
